​The water was muddy. I was stuck, paralyzed in my thoughts, exhausted, lost & scared… I sat across from Kristin Metheny who looked into my eyes, took an awesome deep breath & said “I am now going to connect to your soul.” A few minutes later, she opened her eyes, smiled sweetly & gave me my soul’s message.
